Title: Recent progess on hyperbolic equations

Abstract: We will review recent developments in the field of nonlinear wave equations. The focus will be on the low regularity Cauchy problem for the vacuum Einstein equations. This will combined with the introduction of the elements of harmonic analysis, used in hyperbolic equations, and the discussion of the progress on the Wave Maps, Yang-Mills, and Maxwell-Klein-Gordon equations.
